 2d Sunday of the month   Focus Jams 

  or  'Plouf jam'

Every 2d Sunday of the Month, at the MJC des Allobroges (see above)

The regular jam becomes a 'focused jam' or an introduction for the jam (plouf jam)

A few rules encourage us to focus  and be fully present into our body and into the space. It is also encourage to find encounters beyond the duet.

A theme is offered that you can use all the time, at some moments, or ignore

A circle is offered at 6.30 and at 9.00 p in order to share our questions, experiences, states etc..

It is encouraged to come for the full session including the circles.
